Brian E. Crockett, Chief Operating Officer

Brian has been at Potomac Basin Group since 1985, where he started his career as a sales representative. He was promoted to the position of Administrative Manager in 1987, then became the Vice President of Administration in 1987 and the Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Brian currently oversees the daily business and administration operations of the firm.

R. Scott Marker, Vice President of Property & Casualty Division

Scott has been in the commercial insurance business since 1987. He was hired at Potomac Basin Group in 1994 to create a new Property & Casualty Division, which he has helped grow. Scott currently oversees the Commercial Insurance Lines and Personal Lines departments of Potomac Basin, and is also involved in new business sales.

Kahle Perez, Vice President of Sales, Mergers & Acquisitions

Kahle started his career with the Potomac Basin Group in 1999 as a Sales Representative. He quickly became the top broker/sales representative in the office, and held that position for seven consecutive years. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2007, after which he was promoted to V.P. of Sales and Mergers and Acquisitions in 2009.

Kahle is an active member of Greater Washington Association of Health Underwritters, and an inductee of Lead Producers Round Table. In addition, he is on the Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Coventry Broker Advisory Councils.

A graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, he lives on the Maryland Eastern shore with his wife and three children.
